five-piece divino niño have shared new single 'made up my mind'. the smooth and sensual new track is the group's first output since their 2019 critically acclaimed lp 'foam', and is also their first release since officially welcoming touring member justin vittori to the band. colombian-born singer camilo medina explores the highs and lows of love through alternating english and spanish verses.
"this song is about the darker side of love,' explains medina. 'realizing the value of something right at the verge of losing it. this is the first time we've ever had trumpet/sax in a song and it definitely enhances the sad beauty in it."
with javier forero on vocals and bass, pierce codina on drums, guillermo rodriguez on vocals and guitar, and vittori on keyboard and auxiliary percussion, divino niño pull in swooning horns, rich vocals, and sharp 808s to create a euphoric sensory experience. listen here:
